At Bonbontong, we want you to be fully satisfied with your headwear purchase. If our products don’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund process under the following terms and conditions:
1. Refund Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a refund, your item must meet these requirements:
- Product Condition: The headwear (e.g., straw hat, wool bucket hat, wide brim sun hat) must be unused, unworn, and free of any damage (no stains, scratches, or alterations to the original design).
- Packaging Requirement: The product must be returned in its original, intact packaging (including tags, dust bags, or any accessories that came with the item). Items without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Refund Request Time Limit
You must submit a refund request and return the eligible item within 30 days of the original purchase date. We calculate the period from the day you receive your order (confirmed via shipping tracking) to the day we receive your returned item. Requests made after 30 days will not be processed, and the item will be returned to you at your own cost.
3. Refund Application Process
Follow these simple steps to request a refund:
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our team to initiate your refund request—provide your order number, product name, and reason for the refund.

- Receive Return Guidelines: Our will respond within 24-48 business hours with a unique return authorization number (RAN) and detailed instructions (including the return address: 100 Stanton St, New York, NY 10002, USA).
- Ship the Item Back: Package the eligible item with the RAN clearly marked on the outer box, and ship it back using a trackable courier. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the refund is due to a product defect or our error.
- Refund Verification & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (to confirm it meets eligibility conditions), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal), and you will receive an email confirmation once completed.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging/tags.
- Custom or personalized headwear (made to your specific requests, e.g., custom embroidery).
